The college is situated at the prime location amidst the greenery along the way to TB hospital, at Kalimati. It flourishes the sharp contrast of the city environment by harboring acute serenity. However, transport facilities managed by the college are available within the Kathmandu valley at different routes.

INTERNET GUIDANCE

The college guides their students through Internet and SMS. The college website holds plenty of handouts and courses related materials. The teachers and students are given their own user ID. Students can download handouts and relevant materials form the concerned subject teachers’ sites. Besides, either by browsing through net or simply by sending SMS through cell phones, students can also pull notice, exam routines, or any other important messages. The students are also prowled with the individual user ID, and the parents or the students themselves can view their progress reports, complaints, absent records or other details they want.

LIBRARY

GS has spacious and resourceful library. It has plenty of books, reference materials, and update publications of magazines, journals and research papers. Students can feel free to consulting.

RESEARCH LABS

GS has adequately furnished Science (Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology), Hotel Management and Computer/IT Labs. Computer/IT Labs are well equipped with multimedia and 24hrs connected internet facility. The practical classes are conducted under the directed supervision of respective subject teachers.

ECA AND SPORTS

The college is aware that the needs of sports and games are the vital elements of overall growth. It, therefore, gives needful emphasis on sports. The students are taken to the relevant play-spots for the sports such as Swimming, Football and Lawn-Tennis. Players of other games such as Basketball, Volleyball, Badminton and Table Tennis get adequate practices in the college’s own playground. Besides this, co-curricular activities organized at college include Quiz Contests, Music Concerts, Cultural Programs, Creative Writings, Symposiums, Presentations, Field Visits, Excursions, Tours, Social Gatherings, Picnics and many more.

The college has very neat and open cafeteria which serves hygienic food, snacks and light refreshments at reasonable prices on non-profit basis. Students can enjoy the delicious tastes while they refreshes their tediousness watching TV channels.
